Wisconsin, Maryland and D.C.'s GOP primaries

The last primaries until April 24, the trio of Wisconsin, Maryland and D.C. have all polled in favor of Mitt Romney, leading many to assume that tonight's results will give the former Massachusetts governor a clean sweep over Rick Santorum. Stay tuned for updates as the results roll in tonight.
