Shooting at Western Psych in Oakland, Pittsburgh

First reports of shooting inside Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic of UPMC appeared around 2 p.m.

    Police have told us there were 9 total victims at WPIC/Western Psych. 2 of whom have been confirmed dead. 7 being treated at UPMC Presby.

    According to police, 1 of 2 confirmed dead at WPIC/Western Psych is believed to be the shooter. Also, there was no second shooter.
