#26Acts: Central New Yorkers are "in"
NBC host @AnnCurry asked her Twitter followers to imagine what it would be like if we all committed to 20 acts of kindness to honor the children lost in the Newtown school shooting. The effort went viral on social media and expanded to #26 acts of kindness for the students and faculty who died.
- "Are you in?" Curry asked.
- The people of Central New York jumped in. They are leaving extra generous tips, listening to others, knitting, making homemade treats and sending thank you notes to teachers. They are reporting their good deeds to @AnnCurry 's Twitter page. Here are their stories.
