  5. We've been hit hard by this disease. Of the more than 1.1 million Americans living w/ HIV today NEARLY 1/2 are Black @GreaterThanAIDS
  6. And for our young, gay black brothers the situation is really serious--the rates are going up. @GreaterThanAIDS #RealTalk
  7. It doesn't have to be this way. We CAN do something about it. We MUST do something about it. @GreaterThanAIDS #RealTalk
