  14. A2: To regain trust we have to put the customer first. To do so we have to understand the emotions of customers when banking #GetRealChat

  16. A2: By understanding emotions we can better put the customer first in doing offers #GetRealChat
  17. @valaafshar to me it's not relevant who owns the budget. It's about making use of each others knowledge and strength #GetRealChat
  18. A3: We have the profound belief that if we do things in a smarter way we better serve the customer #GetRealChat
  19. A3: and this will lead ultimately to a better and more profitable relationship and we save money #GetRealChat
  20. A3: In the past recent years we invested a lot of money in the abilities for smarter commerce in infrastructure #GetRealChat
  21. A4: In this way we can offer customers more relevant services or better personalized advice #GetRealChat
