  4. This prompted the German Development Institute / Deutsches Institut für Entwicklungspolitik (DIE) and the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA) to host this two-day dialogue conference in Königswinter, bringing together politics, business, civil society, academia, artists and the media to discuss: "Climate Action and Human Wellbeing at a Crossroads: Historical Transformation or Backlash?"
