Social Media Rewind: Take A Walk

Thirty-seven student-athletes saw their collegiate careers culminate in APSU's 2016 Spring Commencement, while baseball (all but) locked up a spot in the OVC Tournament and softball saw its season end at Cheryl Holt Field. Oh, and we introduced a new sport. Come on in, it's the Social Media Rewind.

  2. The magic number has been reduced to one for Austin Peay, and the door remains open for an opening-day bye, in the Govs quest for a return trip to Jackson for the OVC Tournament with one OVC series remaining.

  6. Governors softball had a Mother's Day Senior Day ceremony and got a W in Game Two of Saturday's doubleheader to conclude Shane Showalter's first season at the helm of APSU's program.

  9. Last week, Austin Peay announced a new sport scheduled to begin competition in 2017, with Beach Volleyball slated to become Austin Peay's 16th intercollegiate team.

  11. Four (or five, or more) years later, 37 Austin Peay athletes made the walk across the stage at graduation. We thank them for their contributions over the years and wish them continued good fortune in their future endeavors.
