@CiscoLive absolutely. I'm an old hand in the social space and lead the Enterprise Social practice at Persistent Systems. #CLUS- @StevenBAllison, there is built in support for Twitter integration. Definitely possible to build custom solutions using APIs. #CLUS
- @StevenBAllision, no out of the box Facebook support - though it's relatively straightforward to build an opensocial gagdet for that. #CLUS
