- Greetings and thank you for joining today's chat. We are excited to have @ssisodiya with us today. #clus
- @CiscoLive absolutely. I'm an old hand in the social space and lead the Enterprise Social practice at Persistent Systems. #CLUS
- @StevenBAllison, there is built in support for Twitter integration. Definitely possible to build custom solutions using APIs. #CLUS
- @StevenBAllision, no out of the box Facebook support - though it's relatively straightforward to build an opensocial gagdet for that. #CLUS
- @ssisodiya Relatively straight forward is relative to your skill set. :) Would need an SDK to create the opensocial gadget? #clus
- @StevenBAllison you may also want to look at Cisco SocialMiner (bit.ly/cgcA4I) for Twitter/Facebook monitoring. #CLUS
- @StevenBAllison :-) yes. No SDK required to display twitter/facebook feeds via opensocial gadget, only for deeper integration. #CLUS
- @GKJohnMarkIvey publicly announced customers for Webex Social include Nike and Virgin Media. Also Persistent :-) (6600 people). #CLUS
