  3. Hello folks. Looking forward to your questions and converstion around Cisco Webex Social and Cisco Jabber. #CLUS
  4. @ssisodiya, do you want to introduce yourself to our audience? #clus
  5. @CiscoLive absolutely. I'm an old hand in the social space and lead the Enterprise Social practice at Persistent Systems. #CLUS
  6. @GKJohnMarkIvey, for #quad (now Webex Social) the answer is no. #jabber does support screen sharing in the cloud version. #CLUS
  7. Can you 'harvest' feeds from service like Twitter and Facebook and post them to Quad? Built in widget or custom add-on? #quad #clus #clus
  8. @StevenBAllison, there is built in support for Twitter integration. Definitely possible to build custom solutions using APIs. #CLUS
  9. @StevenBAllision, no out of the box Facebook support - though it's relatively straightforward to build an opensocial gagdet for that. #CLUS
  10. Does that mean the on-premise installation of #jabber will have screen sharing capabilities? #clus
  11. @ssisodiya Relatively straight forward is relative to your skill set. :) Would need an SDK to create the opensocial gadget? #clus
  12. @StevenBAllison you may also want to look at Cisco SocialMiner (bit.ly/cgcA4I) for Twitter/Facebook monitoring. #CLUS
  13. @StevenBAllison - no, as far as we know screen sharing is only supported via the cloud version of #jabber. #CLUS
  14. @StevenBAllison :-) yes. No SDK required to display twitter/facebook feeds via opensocial gadget, only for deeper integration. #CLUS
  15. Besides Cisco, what other large companies are utilizing Cisco's social platforms? #clus
  16. @GKJohnMarkIvey publicly announced customers for Webex Social include Nike and Virgin Media. Also Persistent :-) (6600 people). #CLUS
