CTU releases deal details

On Saturday night, the Chicago Teachers Union released the most detailed information so far on its "agreement in principle" with CPS. On Friday, the district also appeared to claim victory when it released a few details of the agreement to the press. But nothing is final yet. The union's House of Delegates will meet Sunday at 3 p.m. at 2260 S. Grove to vote on three possible options: accepting the agreement and ending the strike; continuing the strike; or taking 24 hours to discuss the deal with rank and file members, and returning to vote on Monday.
