The National Federation of Independent Business as well as 26 states have been battling an ongoing lawsuit regarding the constitutionality of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, which was settled once and for all at 10amET on Thursday morning. President Obama signed off on the health care law on March 23, 2010, which has been dubbed by many as #Obamacare. On Thursday morning, over 50 million uninsured Americans anxiously awaited the fate of their access to health care...and here's how it went down:
