#PPACA / #Obamacare Questions on Supreme Court Decision
Some tweets in response to the #PPACA / #Obamacare Supreme Court decision. Some people were concerned about a "microchip" due to a registry in the bill associated with devices. We think the real issue is the establishment of tax without provision of (single payer or other) health care for ALL.
- We read #PPACA bill & Supreme Court #Obamacare decision. No microchip involved- There is a tax. @Aloha_Analytics @cornerofjustice @Min_Reyes
- Per page 44 of the #PPACA / #Obamacare decision, "The Federal Government does not have the power to order people to buy health insurance."
- However, the #PPACA / #Obamacare decision continues, it "does have the power to impose a tax on those without health insurance" @AnonyOdinn
- SCOTUS on #PPACA #Obamacare: "(O)nly thing (you) may not lawfully do is not buy health insurance and not pay the resulting tax." @AnonyOdinn
- If you can't pay #PPACA tax and don't qualify for a state provided benefit program you will be prosecuted by the unjust system. @AnonyOdinn
- As usual, the Supreme Court decisions are designed to hurt the poor and working class. Citizens United #PPACA / #Obamacare etc. @AnonyOdinn
- B4 U "celebrate" SCOTUS #PPACA / #Obamacare decision, remember it just provides a means to prosecute poor+middle class...again. @AnonyOdinn
